The Opportunity

This is a brand-new, dedicated contracts function at Procom — built to give commercial negotiation the focus it deserves. As a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist, you won’t be a back-office gatekeeper. You’ll be a visible, client-facing expert who partners with Account Managers to negotiate, protect, and close.

You’ll own the full contract lifecycle across Procom’s Consulting and Workforce lines of business — from first introduction through to executed agreement. The role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, sitting within the Growth Office. That means your success is measured by deals enabled, not friction created.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all MSA, SOW, and rate card negotiations with enterprise clients across Consulting and Workforce
• Partner with Account Managers to deliver a seamless client experience — you own the negotiation, they own the relationship
• Manage the end-to-end contracting process from client introduction through executed agreement, including renewals and amendments
• Identify commercial risks in client-proposed terms and recommend mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Legal, translating commercial intent into sound contractual language
• Maintain pace and urgency in negotiations to minimize deal friction and time-to-execution
• Track negotiation cycle times and recommend process improvements

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• 5+ years in a client-facing or commercial role (customer service, account management, business development, or adjacent field)
• Proven ability to navigate tough conversations and negotiate outcomes with external stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across all levels
• Highly organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Sound judgment on when to push, when to flex, and when to escalate

Nice to haves:

• Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, or rate-based commercial agreements
• Background in staffing, IT services, professional services, or BPO
• Familiarity with MSP environments (AGS, Pontoon, Kelly OCG, or similar)
• Contract management certification (CCCM, CCMP, SCMP, or CPSM)
• Formal negotiation training (e.g., Stitt Feld Handy or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of Canadian or US employment/labour standards
