Project Coordinator (OCM – Prosci Certified)
Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)
Job Type: Contract / Permanent
About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Coordinator (OCM – Prosci Certified) to support enterprise change and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination and PMO activities
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and reporting
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities using Prosci methodology
- Assist with training, communication, and user adoption activities
Must-Have Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or similar roles
- Prosci Certified in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Experience in large-scale change or digital transformation programs
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
