Project/Site Coordinator

Job Description

• Work closely with the Site Superindendent/Project Management team by maintaining project documentation and tracking progress.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures related to construction projects, flagging discrepancies when necessary.
• Prepare and review reports to provide updates on project status and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all construction activities.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for internal and external use.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Coordinator should have:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Experience working on large scale mixed use/multi-tower projects
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and technologies, including project management tools.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges efficiently.
