Corporate Receptionist

Notre client, une entreprise bien établie et en pleine croissance dans la région de Montréal, est à la recherche d'un(e) Réceptionniste professionnel(le) , dynamique et orienté(e) vers le service à la clientèle. Relevant de la direction, cette personne sera le premier point de contact de l'entreprise et jouera un rôle clé dans l'expérience des visiteurs, des clients et des partenaires d'affaires. Nous recherchons une personne organisée, proactive et reconnue pour son professionnalisme. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein, en présentiel, nécessitant une présence au bureau cinq (5) jours par semaine.

Principales responsabilités

  • Accueillir les visiteurs, clients et partenaires avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, filtrer les demandes et les acheminer aux bonnes personnes
  • Gérer la boîte courriel générale ainsi que la réception et l'expédition du courrier et des colis
  • Maintenir un espace de réception accueillant, organisé et professionnel
  • Coordonner la réservation des salles de réunion et préparer les espaces pour les rencontres
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives : classement, numérisation, saisie de données, préparation de documents et soutien aux équipes internes
  • Gérer les fournitures de bureau et assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien de la réception
  • Apporter un soutien administratif à différents départements selon les besoins
  • Contribuer à maintenir une expérience client exceptionnelle en tout temps

Profil recherché

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste de réception, de service à la clientèle ou de soutien administratif
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Sens de l'organisation, souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) + Google Suite
  • Personne autonome, fiable, proactive et reconnue pour son excellent service à la clientèle

Our client , a well-established and growing organization in the Montreal area, is seeking a professional, personable, and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join their team.

Reporting to management, this individual will serve as the first point of contact for the organization and play a key role in creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and business partners. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining a polished and professional image. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a presence in the office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and business partners with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently
  • Manage the general company inbox, incoming and outgoing mail, and courier deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as required
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, data entry, document preparation, and general office support
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience and represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative support role
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) + Google Suite
  • Self-motivated, reliable, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
