- The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 per year and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills, and competencies, and you'll have room to grow after you join!

- Coordinate construction and renovation projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare and manage permit applications, construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, landlords, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site mobilization.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and resolve project issues.
- Track project milestones, approvals, inspections, and close-out documentation.
- Support ongoing maintenance and repair projects as required.
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multiple construction projects.
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid G2 driver's licence (or higher) and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional site visits.
