Position Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Impact Coordinator to fully own day-to-day operations and administration for a dynamic founder, leading various high-touch projects. You will be a highly visible representative of the company and a passionate champion of our culture and values. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Maintain an exceptionally busy inbox in real time ensuring all communications are filtered/filed accurately
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and project management skills; able to prioritize, operate with urgency, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, utmost discretion, tact, and professionalism.
  • Open communicator, not afraid to ask for help or address uncomfortable discussions with the founder.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear and concise in both oral and written communications; able to adopt the voice of the executive office.
  • Ability to build relationships, comfortable and confident collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms is an asset.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone systems.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience working for a charity, non-profit or start-up with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and project management skills; able to prioritize, operate with urgency, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, utmost discretion, tact, and professionalism.
  • Open communicator, not afraid to ask for help or address uncomfortable discussions with the founder.
