The Opportunity

As our Fashion E-Commerce Operations Specialist , you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep our online business thriving.

From managing product uploads and creating stunning visuals to handling marketplace expansions, customer escalations, social media management, and our online Google Ads and Meta marketing campaigns. You’ll be the organized, creative, and tech-savvy force that keeps everything running day to day operations and growth.

This is an ideal position for someone who loves fashion and/or technology, and organization, and is ready to grow with a fast-moving company. We will train you in all of your responsibilities listed below:

What You’ll Do

Ads & Marketing Management:

• Manage Google Ads Optimizations and Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
• Send out our weekly marketing email campaigns (Klaviyo).
• Manage our SEO efforts and process.

Product & Content Management

• Upload and update product descriptions, pricing, and photos on Shopify and other platforms and marketplaces.
• Write product content via AI tools.
• Use creative and AI tools to generate image renders and product visuals.

Customer Experience & Communication

• Oversee customer service via email chat and and social channels when escalated.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain Hush Shop’s warm, professional tone.

Social Media & Brand Presence

• Manage content scheduling and posting across social channels.
• Coordinate messaging to align with promotions and new collections.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or customer service , or digital content management .
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Preference for someone with proficiency in Shopify , and digital workflow tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content or image creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, or similar).
• Experience managing social media accounts or scheduling platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive, dependable mindset — comfortable taking initiative and ownership.
