Yardi System Specialist

Job Description
- Administer and optimize the Yardi platform to ensure stable, scalable operations
- Partner with finance and operations to translate business requirements into system configuration and enhancements
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis across Yardi modules
- Manage data integrity, user access, and system controls
- Lead Yardi upgrades, patches, and testing activities
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Assess new Yardi functionality and drive system improvements
- Work with external vendors to support integrations and ongoing system performance
The Successful Applicant
- Strong hands‑on experience administering and optimizing the Yardi property management platform
- Background in property or real estate sector, ideally in a systems, application, or technology‑focused role
- Solid understanding of Yardi data structures, reporting, and database‑driven outputs
- Demonstrated experience managing system upgrades, controls, and data accuracy across environments
