System and Network Administrator

Job Description

• Install, configure, support, and maintain virtual and physical server environments
• Manage network connectivity across switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi, WAN, LAN, and Internet
• Support and scale the storage environment, including SAN and NAS, with clear planning for data growth
• Maintain directory services, email platforms, and core internal applications and servers
• Monitor system capacity, performance, availability, and security across the environment
• Manage security tools and appliances, reviewing logs to confirm system and network health
• Troubleshoot incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring issues are logged, tracked, and resolved

The Successful Applicant

• Strong understanding of networking, including WAN, LAN, VPN, routing, switches, and firewalls, with experience across MikroTik, HP, Cisco, WatchGuard, and UniFi
• Comfortable managing projects, taking ownership, and turning plans into action
• Hands on xperience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, EMM platforms, virtualization with VMware, and Linux
