Responsibilities
• Service customers in an accurate and timely manner to maintain the high standards of industrial operations.
• Provide comprehensive support to outside sales personnel and handle assigned files and overseeing the lifecycle from initial quote to final delivery.
• Prepare final quotes for bid and spec projects, ensuring accuracy before review with the Air Division Manager.
• Generate detailed document packages for all assigned projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist walk-in and cash customers as needed, representing the brand with excellence.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure all project materials are accounted for without overlap.
• Participate in supplier-supported training and stay updated on industrial and mechanical product innovations.
• Attend divisional meetings and customer events, such as open houses or sporting events, to build rapport.

Qualifications
• Post-secondary education (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in sales or high-level customer service within an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work on-site at their Winnipeg location (accessible by public transport or with onsite provided parking).
• Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside of standard hours to meet project expectations.
• A positive attitude and a track record of exemplary attendance and reliability.
• Business casual dress code readiness for occasional client-facing interactions.
