Responsibilities
- Actively hunt and develop existing and new business accounts through outbound calls, targeted emails, and modern digital sales channels
- Manage end-to-end sales processes independently, guiding prospective clients from initial contact to completed sales orders
- Utilize consultative solution-selling methodologies to analyze client needs and present multi-product/service offerings
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives to transition complex, high-value opportunities when necessary
- Cultivate strong, ongoing professional relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business and cross-selling
- Prepare detailed customer quotations, research application requirements, and review pricing specifications

Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and new business sales acquisition
- Experience operating as an inside sales representative, account executive, or outbound business development specialist
- Confident communication skills with the ability to engage managers, executives, and key decision-makers effectively
- Strong outbound prospecting, business development, and phone-based account hunting capabilities
- Proven consultative selling and solution negotiation skills tailored to business-to-business environments
- Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Analytical problem-solving abilities focused on identifying client requirements and building custom pricing proposals.
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities, quotas, and sales pipelines autonomously
