- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product and pricing information.
- Generate new business through outbound cold calls, targeted emails, and proactive prospecting.
- Process orders, quotes, and returns efficiently while maintaining precise customer records in the CRM.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary and tracking them to closure.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and quotes to move deals through the pipeline.
- Support the Outside Sales and Business Development teams with account management and administrative tasks.
- Meet or exceed targets for call volume, response times, quote conversion, and sales activity.
- Uphold company policies, pricing guidelines, and confidentiality standards in all interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of superb customer service and sales experience in an inbound and outbound sales environment or B2B sales environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution is a strong asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Class 5 driver's license with own transportation is a strong asset.
- Able to pass background checks.
- Able to provide 2 professional references is a must.
- Able to start immediately is a strong asset.
