Inside Sales Representative

Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience through responsive communication, accurate order handling, and effective problem-solving. This role supports sales efforts, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures customer satisfaction from initial contact through order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and proactive networking.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns efficiently and accurately.
• Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain customer records and update
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales related documents.
• Support the Outside Sales and Business Development teams on specific accounts.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining accountability for follow-up.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
