THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

This role will report to the Manager, Client Service and will contribute to the Growth and Client Service team in the following ways:

• Partner with Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Manage reporting for clients - including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports - ensuring insights are timely and actionable.
• Collaborate with Sales Reporting on monthly reporting.
• Support account maintenance activities, including updates and plan changes, to keep client information accurate and up to date.
• Ensure precision and timeliness in all deliverables, contributing to smooth operations and client satisfaction.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in benefits, insurance or health services is an asset.
• Post‑secondary degree or diploma education.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, work well under pressure, and be self‑reliant, while having a focus first and foremost on the success of the team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline‑driven team environment and embrace change.
• Passionate, have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, be an engaged member of the team, and serve our clients with energy and passion.
• Committed, professional, displays ownership and accountability.
• Participate and strive to achieve excellence and have fun.
• Intermediate to Advanced software skills, in programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with CRM systems (MS Dynamics)
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
• Certification Valid driver’s license and vehicle
