Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a high caliber professional to join Citco’s Institutional Services’ Client Services team in Toronto. Reporting to a Senior Vice President of the Client Services team, this is a role that requires proactive client relationship management for a portfolio of asset managers, endowments and single and multi family offices that invest in a multi‑asset book of business. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a new line of business that expands upon our traditional offerings. As the Client Services Vice President, you are expected to understand and meet the needs of clients by ensuring service deliverables are met in a timely fashion. It is important to create and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and work with core and ancillary service teams both locally and globally to ensure service levels are optimum. Your Role Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA) Understand and communicate clients’ requests with various Citco business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions Understand the industry and regulatory environment and be sensitive to industry change and business trends, identifying new areas of growth Participate and assist with RFP documentation completion and facilitate presentation and demos to prospective clients Strong knowledge of multi‑asset portfolios inclusive of fund investments Good grasp of Citco’s various technology platforms or the ability to learn quickly Familiar with duties and workflow of the various functional groups that is involved with providing administration to a multi‑asset portfolio Identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross‑selling additional Citco products/services; Drive the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches Participate and lead projects in connection with the continuing evolution of the business Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables Review client profitability & accounts receivables and address negative trends Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies Review risk logs and support, co‑ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary Lead operational due diligence reviews and client visits Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards for clients; Carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients Actively maintain client status, commentary and client updates in internal CRM tools Provide training and supervision to Managers on the Client Services team About You University degree in a relevant discipline with 7+ years related work experience in the financial serviced industry, preferably within a hedge fund administrator and/or investment company 2+ years formal people management/leadership experience A proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills Highly analytical with strong attributes on business processes, Accounting and allocation systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook What We Offer A challenging and rewarding role in an award‑winning global business Opportunities for personal and professional career development Great working environment, competitive salary and benefits, and opportunities for educational support Be part of an industry‑leading global team, renowned for excellence Salary Range: $115,000 - 155,000 This position is for an existing vacancy Our Benefits
