Business Analyst + Shopify

Buscamos un Business Analyst con experiencia en proyectos de e-commerce y Shopify para actuar como enlace entre las áreas de negocio y los equipos técnicos. Será responsable de levantar requerimientos, analizar procesos, documentar soluciones funcionales y asegurar que las necesidades del negocio se traduzcan en implementaciones exitosas dentro del ecosistema Shopify.

Responsabilidades

Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y de negocio.
Trabajar con stakeholders para comprender necesidades, objetivos y oportunidades de mejora.
Crear historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación, diagramas de procesos y documentación funcional.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, diseño, QA y producto.
Analizar procesos de e-commerce y proponer mejoras orientadas a la experiencia del usuario y los resultados del negocio.
Participar en implementaciones, optimizaciones e integraciones sobre Shopify.
Gestionar y priorizar requerimientos dentro de metodologías ágiles.
Apoyar la ejecución de pruebas funcionales y procesos de User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Realizar seguimiento a los desarrollos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos definidos.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Business Analyst, Product Analyst o roles similares.
Experiencia trabajando en proyectos de e-commerce.
Conocimiento en levantamiento y documentación de requerimientos.
Experiencia creando historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.
Manejo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
Experiencia con herramientas como Jira, Confluence o similares.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento con stakeholders.
Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
