Banking Centre General Manager Cibc

Drive Banking Centre performance as CIBC’s Community General Manager, leading sales teams and client solutions on-site full-time.Within the Imperial Service Team, you will lead Financial Advisors and partners toward stronger client relationships and business growth. You will create a collaborative culture across client offers, monitor results, close performance gaps, and minimize risk. You will also coach employees, promote development, and uphold high service standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead a high performing sales team across banking rolesCollaborate across client offers to meet financial goalsMaximize market opportunities and increase Banking Centre performancePut action plans in place to close performance gapsEncourage prompt resolution of client complaintsRequirements:
Current Mutual Funds License and good standingCanadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In CanadaDemonstrated leadership of diverse, high performing teamsAbility to influence outcomes through relationships and networksAvailability to perform the work on-site full-timeApply your results-driven leadership, sales management, and client experience skills as CIBC’s Banking Centre General Manager.
