General Manager Distribution Centre Operations

Lead GTA distribution operations in Mississauga using unionized leadership and disciplined performance management across multiple operational teams. This primarily on-site role supports safety, service, productivity, quality, labour, and cost.The Dufresne Group seeks an experienced General Manager, Distribution Centre Operations for its GTA Distribution Centre. You will lead Distribution, Transportation, and Repair teams while coordinating inbound, warehousing, outbound, final-mile transportation, and repair activities. The role requires senior operational leadership, budget accountability, and continuous improvement experience.Key Responsibilities:
Lead site performance across distribution, transportation, and repairSet priorities, review results, resolve issues, and follow commitmentsCoordinate end-to-end work across multiple operational functionsCoach site leaders and hold them accountableManage labour, resources, operating plans, and budgetsRequirements:
At least eight years of progressive operational leadership experienceAt least five years leading senior, large-scale operationsDemonstrated unionized environment and collective agreement experienceExperience managing labour budgets and operational performanceValid driver’s licence and satisfactory criminal record checkBring distribution leadership, unionized operations expertise, and performance discipline to The Dufresne Group’s Mississauga facility.
