CIBC seeks a Commercial Banking Associate focused on client relationships, business development, and financing solutions. Your work arrangement, including on-site and remote proportions, will be discussed during your interview.Within CIBC’s Commercial Banking team, you will support account teams across client acquisition and relationship management. You will contribute to growth initiatives, coordinate sales activities, and help deliver flexible business solutions. Coordinate activities with Relationship Managers and CIBC unitsSupport business development initiatives and growth targetsIdentify opportunities and develop client financing solutionsAssess client needs and recommend appropriate solutionsPrepare proposals for financial and strategic client solutionsRequirements:
Business, Finance, Accounting, or related degree or diplomaDemonstrated financial statement and accounting principles experienceUnderstanding of valuation techniques and cash flow analysisMeaningful communication of complex information and analysisCommitment to ownership, collaboration, values, and continuous changeBuild commercial banking relationships by combining business development, client experience, financing knowledge, and collaborative account team support.
