CURLSASK is seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-focused professional to help grow participation in curling by building relationships, reducing barriers, and creating more inclusive and accessible opportunities across Saskatchewan. Full-Time, Three-Year Funded Position (potential for extension)Location: Saskatchewan
Reports To: Executive Director, CURLSASK Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with underrepresented and equity-deserving communities.
Develop and support outreach programs, Try Curling events, and community initiatives.
Help clubs create welcoming and accessible environments.
Identify and reduce barriers to participation.
Support inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility initiatives.
Collect participation data and collaborate with partners across Saskatchewan. Qualifications:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Experience working with community organizations, volunteers, or diverse populations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience coordinating programs or events.
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Working Conditions:
Some evening and weekend work.
Periodic travel throughout Saskatchewan.
Hybrid work environment may be available. To Apply:
