Duties:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records with precision.- Assist with proofreading documents, reports, and presentations to maintain accuracy and consistency.- Support office operations and responsible for social media and marketing strategies- Utilize Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling and Google Suite for various office tasks.- Act as a reliable clerk by organizing files, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with proficiency in phone systems and clerical duties.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
