Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced manager to lead the deployment and ongoing support of Signavio process management across a global business transformation initiative. The role combines technical delivery, vendor management, process governance, and change management to drive process excellence and organizational adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Signavio deployment including configuration, integrations, testing, and cutover
- Own production stability, day-to-day support, incident management, and SLA tracking
- Design governance frameworks, access controls, and lifecycle processes with process owners and IT
- Build and maintain integrations with core systems, ERP, and reporting tools
- Develop training programs, adoption materials, and user enablement resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (High School minimum required)
- 8+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS deployment/support programs
- Hands-on experience with Signavio or comparable process management/BPM tools
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, identity controls, and enterprise architecture
- IT service management experience (incident, change, problem management, SLAs)
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
