Johnson & Johnson seeks a Commercial Quality leader for the Transcend global business transformation program, which consolidates pharmaceutical ERP systems into a single SAP S/4 HANA platform. The role involves standardizing quality processes across multiple regions and leading process harmonization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for Commercial Quality in S/4 HANA standardization and global adoption
- Develop and steward the Global Template for Commercial Quality, ensuring consistency across markets
- Act as Change Champion to support global standardization and process harmonization efforts
- Document end-to-end Commercial Quality processes and maintain knowledge center content
- Support Business Simulation, User Acceptance Testing, and deployment team training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (high school minimum required)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in operations, supply chain, or finance
- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations and multi-system environments
- Proven expertise in leading operational technology processes and transformations
- Project management certification (PMP, FPX) or APICS, Lean/Six Sigma preferred
- Subject matter expertise in commercial quality business processes
- Change management and global process standardization experience
