Hotel/Lodge Administrator

**JOB IS LOCATED AT A REMOTE MINE SITE in Northern Saskatchewan. TO START ASAP.

**WE COVER YOUR TRAVEL (Flight/shuttle service out of Saskatoon, P.A., certain communities), MEALS, & ACCOMMODATIONS when at site!

**SHIFT WORK & COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS IS REQUIRED; WORK SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS.

** MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.

This role is responsible for the daily administrative functions of the site, with a heavy emphasis on reservations. The ideal candidate will have lodge/camp/hotel administrative experience, especially with hotel reservation management systems. HOTEL FRONT DESK AND/OR HOTEL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFFERED.

Job duties include:
- Fulfilling both Hotel Front Desk & Hotel Management functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  
- Coordinates, verifies, & administers changes; completes room changes & man-days in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Manages all daily site department administrative work on site.
- Provide training & coverage for Housing Managers when required.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Strong administrative & organizational skills in busy, high-volume, client service settings.
- Very strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize & manage databases.
- Related experience with automated man-days/room allocation and/or payroll systems (preferred).
- Good knowledge of man-days and payroll terminology & practices (preferred).
- Team player, with team management skills.
- A suitable combination of education, training, & experience may be considered.
- A valid class 5 Drivers License is strongly preferred.
