About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Controller, the Assistant Controller plays an important role in supporting the organization's financial operations while partnering closely with leaders across Production, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, and other operational teams. This role offers an excellent balance of technical accounting, financial analysis, process improvement, and operational involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business worksnot just reporting on the numbers. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, improve processes, support business decisions, and help strengthen financial reporting within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
