Deine Mission
Als Bestandskunden-Closer (m/w/d) bei der Argumentorik Akademie arbeitest du direkt für Wlad Jachtchenko, Coach für Führungspersönlichkeiten und Unternehmer.
Du führst Sales-Gespräche mit bestehenden Kunden und identifizierst gezielt Potenziale für Upsells, Cross-Sells und weiterführende Programme.
Dein Fokus liegt nicht auf Neukundengewinnung – sondern darauf, bestehende Beziehungen strategisch auszubauen und auf das nächste Level zu bringen.
Deine Aufgaben
Durchführung von 1:1 Sales-Calls mit Bestandskunden
Identifikation von Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Potenzialen
Beratung zu weiterführenden Coaching- und Mentoring-Programmen
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Dokumentation und Pflege im CRM
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Success & Sales-Team
