Fullstack-Developer (100% Remote)

About Us

Hausverwalter.ai is an all-in-one platform for property management companies with features like an Inbox, CRM, Documents, Telephony, Video Calls, Team Chat and AI-Agents. Our mission is to automate everything a property manager does.

What you'll do

You'll build with Claude and Cursor. What exactly you work on depends on where you land — our work splits roughly like this:

• Product (Full-Stack). Work on the software property managers use all day. Help us improve what's there and push our roadmap forward by owning new features and refining them until they're as easy to use as the Uber app.

• Integrations (Backend) . Handle every way data gets into our platform. Email, phone calls (Twilio & Vonage), WhatsApp. The other half is moving customers off whatever they used before: Importing years of email, hundreds of thousands of documents, and every record on their buildings, apartments, contracts and contacts, plus syncing with systems a customer still runs alongside us.

• Agents (Backend). Improve the agent platform behind hausverwalter.ai with 200+ tools and a built-in knowledge base. Customers build and train their own agents in a sandbox or use agents we've already built for them. Both text and voice.

Everything is TypeScript. From our database schema to the frontend.

Backend: Convex (Database & serverless functions)

Frontend: Next.js , React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui

Salary

• $1000 - $3000 per month before taxes with room for growth and promotion in the months & years ahead

• Permanent employment contract in your country of residence through our partner Deel (EOR)

You are:

• fluent in English.

• a seasoned developer with more than a year of experience shipping production code

• a builder first. You'd rather get the first iteration of a feature in front of fifty customers than spend three weeks fretting over a perfect PR. You ship.

• comfortable working autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks.

• writing almost al of your code with AI.

• performing even better when working under performance pressure.

• quick to learn new things and consider yourself a generalist, not a specialist.

Your techstack:

is not important to us, since AI will be writing 100% of your code.

Nice to have:

• Solid backend and systems-design experience – experience designing a database from the ground up (tables, relationships, indexes) and also with optimizing query performance & cost

• Experience building production agents

• Comfort with queues and long-running workflows
