No previous sales experience is required. Training and guidance are provided to help new representatives learn the products, systems, and client process while gaining hands-on experience through scheduled appointments.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll help individuals understand insurance and supplemental benefit options through scheduled appointments. You'll work with prospective clients who have already expressed interest, giving you the opportunity to focus on meaningful conversations rather than unsolicited outreach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct scheduled phone and virtual appointments with prospective clients.
• Explain available insurance and supplemental benefit options in a clear, professional manner.
• Ask questions to understand client needs and provide appropriate information.
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and required paperwork.
• Maintain organized client records and appointment details.
• Follow up with prospective clients and help keep appointments on track.
• Use online systems to manage daily activities and client communication.
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and coaching.
• Follow company procedures and applicable insurance licensing requirements.
