As a Remote Customer Sales and Support Associate, your responsibilities include developing customer relationships, working to understand their needs, while contributing to sales efforts and acting as a customer advocate within our organization.

Ultimately, the role is to ensure our customers achieve their goals while using our solutions and to maintain our company’s reputation for excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to client inquiries and provide product information promptly and accurately
• Effectively communicate and present benefits and solutions tailored to client needs
• Guide clients through the process while providing ongoing support
• Keep accurate documentation and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For?

• Experience in sales or relevant fields, a plus but not necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals
• Persuasive negotiation and sales abilities
• Coachable, motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Ability to work independently and meet sales quotas
• Tech-savvy and able to thrive in a remote work environment
