- Ensure high performance and reliability throughout the development cycle

- Conduct code reviews and support interdisciplinary design discussions
- 7+ years in software engineering with a focus on Flutter/Dart
- Strong system design capabilities in evolving codebases
- Familiarity with desktop application architecture and UX conventions
- Experience with Flutter's integration into desktop environments
- Understanding of state management practices
