Our client is seeking a Talent & People Lead who is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering engagement, and championing a culture that brings people together around a common goal. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring team members are attracted, integrated, developed, and retained. As the organization continues to grow, this individual will help strengthen and scale an already strong culture through onboarding, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who believes that organizational success starts with culture. They will serve as a trusted partner, peer, and coach to leaders across the business, providing guidance and insight that support both individual and organizational success. With significant autonomy and influence, they will have the opportunity to shape people practices, strengthen leadership capability, and drive initiatives that enhance engagement and performance across the organization.
