Lead Project Manager for Claims Operations

Elevate operational efficiency as a Senior Project Manager overseeing complex claims implementations with an external vendor. Drive vendor-led delivery while ensuring seamless orchestration from discovery to production readiness. This role involves hands-on leadership in executing a multi-workstream program aligned with technology, operations, and customer experience objectives. With 9 years of project management experience, you will be responsible for substantial governance and high-level reporting, ensuring accountability and smooth communication among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end program delivery across all tracks
- Manage and oversee vendor accountability and relationships
- Ensure execution governance for successful outcomes
- Prepare operational readiness for go-live phases
- Deliver executive reporting and manage stakeholder communications
- At least 9 years of project/program management experience
- Proven success in multi-workstream implementations
- Experience in vendor-led delivery models
- Ability to lead cross-functional programs effectively
- Background in insurance, claims, or financial services preferred
