- Manage vendor relationships and budgeting decisions
- Establish governance to ensure platform stability
- 10+ years in senior roles managing large tech portfolios
- Expertise with Mainframe and health platforms
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI
- Proven ability to lead teams through transformation
- Bilingualism for Quebec roles is mandatory
