This position is ideal for Developmental Service Workers (DSW) based in Kingston seeking full-time and part-time contract opportunities supporting residential mental health and addictions programs across Brockville and Smiths Falls. This role offers $24–27/hour (depending on experience and location), consistent hours, and the opportunity to work in structured, team-based environments. About the Opportunity You will be supporting a community-based mental health and addictions organization delivering 24/7 care across residential group homes, treatment programs, and supported living environments.
