Lead hotel operations at the DoubleTree and Home2 Suites by Hilton Kingston with Manga Hotel Group. Drive guest satisfaction and ensure operational excellence in a vibrant environment. As a dynamic General Manager, your primary focus will be on the effective management of both hotels, maximizing profits while enhancing guest experiences. With over 250 rooms to oversee, you will implement strategic initiatives, develop revenue management tactics, and interact with guests to ensure top-notch service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations to maximize hotel profits
- Analyze P&L statements to create impactful strategies
- Oversee guest satisfaction and service quality standards
- Direct leadership team in developing hotel-wide strategies
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Proven leadership in a property with over 250 rooms
- Strong understanding of revenue management strategies
- Excellent communication and service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
