We're seeking a Remote Travel Advisor (Bilingual French) to join the Aspire Lifestyles team! In this role, you'll use your travel industry experience, GDS knowledge, and bilingual communication skills to assist premium customers with travel arrangements, lifestyle services, loyalty program benefits, and complex travel needs. This is a newly created, permanent, full-time remote position based in Ontario, with opportunities for bilingual English/French candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Book and manage customized domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Use GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo to research and manage travel bookings.
- Assist customers with cancellations, rebookings, unexpected travel disruptions, and complex itineraries.
- Support customers with travel-related and lifestyle loyalty program inquiries, helping them make the most of their membership benefits.
- Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and chat while navigating multiple systems.
- Deliver personalized, high-touch service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience.
- Valid TICO certification required.
- Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written).
- GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of interactive customer service experience.
- Call center or high-volume customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong geographical knowledge and a genuine passion for travel.
- Must reside in Ontario and be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Fluent English communication skills; Cantonese, French, or Mandarin language skills are an asset, depending on client program needs.
- Dedicated private home workspace, reliable hardwired high-speed internet, and ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
