Collaborate with internal specialists to bring impactful campaigns to life, enhancing the VGH+ brand’s visibility across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Lead go-to-market strategy for major initiatives
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor and lead a growing marketing team
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience
- Proven experience in campaign marketing
- Strong skills in brand development and audience insights
- Previous people leadership experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
