What You Will Do
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment efforts across various business units, ensuring all recruiting strategies and practices are aligned with organizational strategies and mission and understand the talent needs of Onni Group's operations.
- Collaborate with the internal Recruitment team to support and align organizational strategy for top-talent attraction and retention.
- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to HR and hiring team members involved in recruitment, fostering their development and continuous improvement in talent acquisition best practices. Foster a high-performance culture within the TA team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the recruiting process by overseeing the ATS system, reviewing job applicants and conducting talent evaluations to identify top candidates. Ensure an efficient, fair and compliant hiring process.
- Manage the interviewing process and hold interviews for various positions, providing managers with support such as arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Understand applicable job markets and recommend how Onni & its subsidiaries can obtain competitive advantages on offers and placements.
- Advise and support hiring direction through understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find specific skills, salary expectations).
- Identify and leverage sourcing channels to optimize hiring efforts.
- Oversee and manage the sourcing and headhunting of suitable candidates for all departments through various recruitment channels—LinkedIn, Indeed and industry-specific job boards.
- Build, establish, and maintain hiring pipelines through effective networking, channel management and proactive acquisition practices.
- Develop applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Identify, support and administer applicable recruitment metrics leading to a numbers-based foundation driving recruitment strategy and evaluating performance.
- Leverage market trends and talent analytics to refine recruitment processes.
- Research and attend various career fairs and networking events promoting our brands.
- Support HR department with onboarding of new employees within the company.
- Be aware of any legislative changes that could impact recruitment practices (e.g., Pay Transparency, Data Protection laws).
- Performs other duties as required.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruitment role
- Experience recruiting across multiple business units or disciplines
- Previous experience mentoring or leading junior recruitment team members
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms including Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
- Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and data to inform strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management
- Familiarity with applicable employment legislation including Pay Transparency and Privacy/Data Protection laws
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and competitive offer structuring

Salary Range
$80,000 - $100,000
