- Design and implement corporate development initiatives for Solen
- Mentor the Corporate Development Analysts team towards excellence
- Conduct extensive market analysis to find acquisition prospects
- Foster relationships with potential acquisitions' founders and key players
- Oversee negotiations and successful execution of acquisition deals
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business; MBA preferred
- At least 7 years’ experience in corporate development or investment banking
- Strong focus on M&A within tech sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Authorized to work in the US
