Clinical Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a receptionist for our Med Spa. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and provide administrative support to the med spa team. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and relaxing experience for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our med spa

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing accurate and informative responses about services, pricing, and appointment availability.
• Schedule client appointments using our booking system, efficiently managing the calendar to optimize appointment slots.
• Maintain client records and update the database accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.

Handle payment processing, track expenses, and reconcile cash registers at the end of each day.

• Promote additional services, products, or packages that align with clients' needs and preferences.
• Assist in managing inventory, and restocking spa supplies as needed.
• Make and serve coffee and beverages to our clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred, especially in a spa or medical setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using computers, appointment booking software such as Jane app, and basic office tools.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of medical spa services, treatments, and products (preferred, but not mandatory).
