Infrastructure Coordinator

Job Responsibility: Mission Act as a team leader for the project team and manage the projects in the team's portfolio to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. Main tasks

• Manage the project team, including defining roles and responsibilities and resolving conflicts
• Prioritize team projects and manage resource capacity
• Assume responsibility for assigned projects, including planning, coordinating and monitoring activities according to current standards
• Develop structured plans, establish schedules and procedures, set milestones and ensure optimal use of resources
• Manage change requests, acceptance of deliverables and stakeholders, including suppliers, as required
• Develop contingency plans, action plans or recovery plans to deal with unforeseen circumstances during project delivery
• Provide transparent and rigorous reporting to customers and managers (scope, budgets, schedules, quality, etc.).
• Establish the governance required for project management, including steering committees, and ensure stakeholder involvement.
• Assess project risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Participate in the improvement of project management standards and best practices
• Manage interactions with other customer departments and ensure effective collaboration to achieve common goals
• Communicate regularly with customers, partners and suppliers to ensure alignment of all project stakeholders
• Deliver projects on time, on budget and with defined quality
• Keep project documentation up to date
• Manage the implementation of change, taking into account the political, cultural and structural realities of the organization
• Adhere to appropriate standards and procedures, including change control and documentation
• Take part in other activities according to the specific needs of each project.

Education and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, project management, computer science or related discipline)
• Master's degree in project management or other relevant field (an asset)
• PMP certification (an asset)
• SCRUM certification (an asset).

Experience Five (5) years' experience as a project or program controller on a major IT-related project.

• Three (3) years' experience as a system administrator or IT infrastructure team manager.

General knowledge

• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Leadership skills

Specific knowledge

• PMI governance and project management standards and methodologies
• Standard performance indicators
• Agile and continuous improvement methods
• Knowledge of techniques for planning, executing and monitoring schedules, budgets, risks, communications, stakeholders, etc.

Knowledge of problem-solving techniques

• Knowledge of conflict management techniques
• Infrastructures, platforms and telecommunications
• Business solutions integration
• Information security and business continuity
• Transformation of management practices and delivery of IT business solutions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and its components (DHCP, DNS, Domain Services Replication, user attributes, etc.)
• Knowledge of server administration and maintenance activities
• Knowledge of VMware and virtualized environments
