Global Insurance Certificate Coordinator

Job Description

Overview

You will be responsible for the global coordination of insurance certificate issuance for AtkinsRéalis, supporting business units and corporate functions across the organization worldwide. This role is critical during insurance policy renewals, onboarding of new projects, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external brokers. You will report into a senior insurance professional with 10+ years of relevant experience and with intimate knowledge of our insurance structure.

Your role

• Coordinate global issuance of insurance certificates, particularly during policy renewal cycles.
• Act as liaison between business units and the Insurance function.
• Issue or coordinate certificates for newly awarded projects.
• Manage multiple requests across regions and divisions.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and improve practices.
• Develop relationships with brokers' back offices.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and digitize processes.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation.
• Managing and coordinating for the contractual revisions of insurance clauses of new contracts and projects.

About you

• Insurance experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Tech-savvy with interest in AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in French and English. *
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

* Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
