Intact Actuarial Manager - Quality Focused

Become an Actuarial Manager at Intact, focusing on the quality and strategic development of pricing tools. Your role is pivotal in enhancing the Commercial Lines team. In this managerial position, you will ensure high-quality deliverables and oversee the operational strategies of the team. You will develop rating and underwriting standards, deciding on effective testing strategies while enhancing team productivity through training. With 6 years of experience and at least 2 years in leadership, you will guide the direction and effectiveness of your team’s efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct quality oversight of deliverables and team activities
- Manage the development of underwriting rules
- Plan and execute testing strategies for quality
- Organize resources for optimal operations
- Act as a key stakeholder for IT projects
- University degree in Actuarial Science or IT
- Minimum of 6 years in a relevant role
- Strong strategic vision and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Bilingualism for Quebec-based candidates
