Property Accounting Manager with Leadership Focus

Assume a leadership role in property accounting, managing financial reports and team performance. Drive growth for a prominent real estate platform in a hybrid setup. As the Property Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial reporting for both owned and third-party properties. This role emphasizes leadership through oversight of budgeting, audits, and team mentorship, ensuring compliance with best practices. Engage in collaborative efforts across departments to optimize financial workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise financial reporting for all properties
- Lead budgeting and fiscal planning initiatives
- Coordinate year-end audit activities
- Support acquisitions and property onboarding processes
- Mentor and develop property accounting team members
- CPA designation and 5–10 years of experience
- Background in commercial real estate preferred
- Strong skills in financial reporting and tenant recoveries
- Familiarity with Yardi software highly advantageous
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
