Client-Focused Delivery Manager

Take charge of client experiences at Ticketmaster Canada as a Delivery Manager. You’ll oversee the entire client journey from new website requests to ongoing support and delivery. In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality service with every new build and update. You'll directly manage intake, scoping, and prioritize change requests while collaborating closely with your development team. Your expertise in WordPress and digital project management will be essential for driving client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Own client delivery from intake to resolution
• Act as the primary contact for clients on all requests
• Lead intake processes, gather requirements, and align approaches
• Coordinate task dependencies and manage delivery timelines
• Conduct pre-launch QA and UAT for builds Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a client-facing delivery role
• Strong WordPress knowledge beyond admin level
• Experience managing a service desk or ticket queue
• Proficiency with API concepts and testing
• Excellent communication skills for expectation setting Drive successful web service delivery by maintaining client satisfaction and fostering relationships with Ticketmaster Canada.
