Senior Claims Adjuster in Waterloo

Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll handle Senior Bodily Injury and General Liability claims for automobile, homeowners, and commercial exposures. This position requires strong investigative skills, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring of junior staff. You'll also maintain detailed records and work collaboratively with underwriting and senior leadership to confirm coverages and determine liabilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Investigate and settle Bodily Injury and Casualty claims • Manage claims across multiple insurance lines • Engage stakeholders, including underwriting staff • Confirm policy coverages and assess liability • Mentor junior team members for skill development

Requirements: • University degree or diploma in a related field • Minimum 3 years in Bodily Injury/Casualty claims • Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset • Licensed in multiple provinces preferred
