Soutien Administratif Financier à Distance

CBC/Radio-Canada

Rejoignez CBC/Radio-Canada en tant que soutien administratif, niveau II. Ce poste temporaire allie télétravail et présence au bureau, en mettant l'accent sur l’excellence financière. Ce rôle est essentiel aux services financiers de CBC/Radio-Canada. Il nécessite une expérience significative en administration et gestion des comptes créditeurs. Les candidats doivent être bilingues et posséder des compétences solides en Excel et comptabilité. Key Responsibilities:

Vérifier les factures et documentation appropriée
Assurer le traitement des transactions de comptes créditeurs
Codifier les documents selon les procédures de CBC
Gérer les demandes des clients internes et fournisseurs
Préparer les cycles de paiement et résoudre les écarts

Requirements:

Diplôme en comptabilité ou administration
Minimum deux ans d’expérience pertinente
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
Excellentes compétences en communication
Connaissance de SAP et Excel
