Manufacturing Reliability Engineer Role

Become a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer at Mondelēz International focused on innovation in snack production. Lead maintenance initiatives and ensure sustainability and performance standards are met. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving reliability across production operations. Your leadership will guide the implementation of TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance both equipment performance and team morale. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of equipment maintenance strategies
- Support operational excellence through coaching
- Establish governance to review operational performance
- Ensure safety and compliance with all standards
- Manage team engagement and talent development plans
- Engineering degree required
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience in CPG industry
- Experienced with LEAN and 6 Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Capable of leading and mentoring teams
