Riverside Manufacturing Process Engineer Role

Elevate manufacturing processes with Riverside Natural Foods as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. Focus on improving safety, efficiency, and quality through expert process management. In this role at Riverside, the Manufacturing Process Engineer will spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing production processes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of industry experience, and strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma. You’ll build SOPs, perform audits, and analyze data to support production improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop standard operating procedures for quality assurance
- Drive performance improvements on the production floor
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams for process solutions
- Analyze production data for actionable insights
- Lead Kaizen events to foster continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Available for travel across the Greater Toronto Area
