Mid-Market Success Partner at Riverside

Riverside is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to work remotely from Toronto. Be a strategic partner for top brands, driving the use of our advanced platform. In this role, you will focus on enhancing customer experiences for Mid-Market clients. Your responsibilities include conducting regular business reviews and guiding impactful conversations that drive adoption. Collaborating closely with Product and Marketing, you'll ensure that our customers unlock the full potential of Riverside's offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor for Mid-Market customers
- Conduct regular performance business reviews
- Identify growth and renewal opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams
- Enhance user adoption and training
- 2+ years in SaaS customer success roles
- Proven ability in managing multiple accounts
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written English capabilities
- Thrive in a remote, startup environment
